Homo Bistrotus captures the rich human diversity of bistro life. From bartenders to municipal workers, loyal regulars to fleeting visitors, each finds their place in this ever-changing microcosm. The series portrays moments of pause and celebration, where solitude and festivity coexist.

Through each snapshot, these shared spaces come to life: a bartender assembling a tray of kirs, a small dog perched on a barstool, laughter and glasses raised in Paris' Halles during Beaujolais Nouveau. Reflections in mirrors extend perspectives, merging foreground and background into a single frame—revealing the layered reality of these familiar yet intimate places. Homo Bistrotus captures the poetry of everyday life in bistros, where time lingers in fleeting yet timeless rituals.
